29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(B): The energy control procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about July 10, 2017, at Lost Lake, in the vicinity of Dularge near the Falgout Canal Marina at latitude 29 *20.155N and longitude 091*02.317, the employer did not ensure that energy control procedures clearly outlined steps employees must take to control hazardous energy while performing repairs on a carriage spud ram on a dredge.
