29 CFR 1910.22(a)(3): Walking-working surfaces were not maintained free of hazards such as sharp or protruding objects, loose boards, corrosion, leaks, spills, snow, and ice: a) Clean Harbors Treatment Building: On or about October 30, 2017, and at times prior, employees were exposed to tripping hazards due to uneven and rough walking surfaces on the aisles between the treatment basins.
