29 CFR 1910.1000(a)(2): Employee(s) were exposed to an airborne concentration of Carbon Monoxide listed in Table Z-1 in excess of the 8 hour Time Weighted Average concentration of 50 ppm: a) At the jobsite located at 942 Heritage Pass, Davenport, Florida: On or about January 23, 2025, an employee inside the trailer was exposed to 4196.2 ppm of carbon monoxide (CO) over a 60-minute period, based on carboxyhemoglobin level in the employee's blood. This is equivalent to an 8-hour TWA exposure of 2524.5 ppm, which represents 10.49 times the OSHA-PEL of 50 ppm.
