29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights), more than six feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around such holes: a) At 114 S Industrial Blvd Enterprise, AL: On May 8, 2024 and at times prior thereto; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities around open holes without appropriate fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of approximately 14 feet and 6 inches to the ground below.
