29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1): Platform(s) on all working levels of scaffolds, were not fully planked or decked between the front uprights and guardrail supports. a) On or about July 20, 2022, at the previously addressed inspection site, the platforms for the metal bracket form scaffold were not fully planked or decked exposing employees to falls and hazards associated with falls. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
