29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a. At the Portable Virgin Incline Conveyor, on or about January 14, 2022, the employee assigned to grease the fittings was not required to affix an energy isolating device, exposing the employee to a caught-in hazard.
