29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): Walking-working surfaces are inspected, regularly and as necessary, and maintained in a safe condition. a) On or about December 16, 2021, employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces such as the 5 x 7 inch missing section of the sump pump pit 4 metal grate was being inspected regularly and being maintained in a safe condition. b) On or about December 16, 2021, employer did not ensure that walking-working surfaces such as the 7 x 19 inch missing section of the sump pump pit 4 metal panel was being inspected regularly and being maintained in a safe condition.
