29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Anderson Precast & Supply Inc, Delivery Truck Number 07: On or about December 3, 2021 and at times prior, employees were exposed to unexpected hazardous energy from sources of energy such as, but not limited to: hydraulic components while performing maintenance on the PALFINGER CRANE Type PK44002 articulating boom crane. The employer failed to develop, document, and utilize procedures to effectively control hazardous energy for employees that perform maintenance on the articulating boom cranes.
