29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about 01/29/2021 - Fabrication Area, employees were exposed to caught-between hazards due to not utilizing the lockout procedure "Trumpf -Tru-Laser 5030 (A0231A0314)" when performing servicing and maintenance activities such as, but not limited to, adjusting proximity switch sensors on the Trumpf Tru-Laser 5030 Automatic Pallet Changer. (b) On or about 01/29/2021 - Fabrication Area, employees were exposed to caught-between hazards when performing servicing and maintenance activities such as, but not limited to, adjusting proximity switch sensors on the Trumpf Tru-Laser 5030 Automatic Pallet Changer and a procedure had not been developed for controlling potentially hazardous energy due to gravity.
