29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) Production Floor, Heavy Press Work Area: On or about January 15, 2021, employees performed repairs on the Minster Mechanical Press Machine #225 but did not utilize hazardous energy control. Employees were exposed to caught-in hazards from the press cycling because existing procedures were not developed and documented to include this repair activity.
