29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3):Safety instruction sign(s) were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measure(s): a) Mozzarella Packaging, line #11: On September 25, 2020 and at times prior thereto, safety warning signs were not maintained on the framework of line 11 "S" conveyor. Signs, in a language all workers can understand, were not present instructing workers to keep hands clear when running, and to lock out before reaching in to hazardous machinery.
