29 CFR 1910.22(c): The employer did not provide, and ensure each employee used, a safe means of access and egress to and from walking-working surfaces: (a) Bottle Line 61 at the Box Shop: Employees walking past the east end of the production bottling line, while traveling to and from the employee break room and the production floor between the conveyor line and the Box Shop, were not provided a safe means of access to and from those areas. This exposed employees to a struck by hazard from forklift operations.
