29 CFR 1926.95(a): Protective equipment, including personal protective equipment for eyes, face, head, and extremities, protective clothing, respiratory devices, and protective shields and barriers, were not provided, used, and maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition: On or about July 9, 2013, mechanical room #1 at the El Paso airport, the employer did not ensure that employees were provided and used personal protective equipment, including but not limited to voltge-rated gloves, while performing electrical work, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
