OSH Act of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees when exposed to caught-between and crush-by hazards: a) On or about December 18, 2024, at 3300 NW North River Drive, Miami, Florida, an employee was exposed to caught-between and crushing hazards while performing mechanical work (cannibalizing) under a raised Mule truck's cab without taking the necessary precautions to prevent the unexpected fall of the cab.
