29 CFR 1910.119(h)(3)(ii): The contract employer did not assure that each contract employee was instructed in the known potential fire, explosion, or toxic release hazards related to his/her job and the process, and the applicable provisions of the emergency action plan. On or about October 10, 2024, in ARU #6/7 at Deer Park Refinery Limited located in Deer Park, TX, the contract employer (Repcon, Inc.) failed to discuss the emergency action plan including, but not limited to, egress and evacuation routes with its employees.
