29 CFR 1928.57(a)(6): At the time of initial assignment and at least annually thereafter, the employer did not instruct every employee in the safe operation and servicing of all covered equipment the employee would be involved: (a)Craven Corner Feeders, Inc. at 36170 138th Street, Ipswich, SD 57451: On or about and at times prior to September 9, 2024, the employer did not ensure employees were instructed annually in the safe operation of the John Deere tractor, model number 4440, serial number: RW4440P040225 and power take-off system involving the yellow pump tank implement. This condition exposed employees to caught-in hazard.
