29 CFR 1910.146(c)(5)(ii)(C): Before an employee entered a space, the internal atmosphere was not tested with a calibrated direct-reading instrument for oxygen, flammable gases and vapors and potential toxic air contaminants: (a) Assembly Department- On or about August 01, 2024, employees entered permit required confined space (transformers) without testing the internal atmosphere with a calibrated monitor exposing employees to an atmospheric hazard.
