29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer did not report within 24-hours a work-related incident resulting in in-patient hospitalization, amputation or the loss of an eye. On or about March 14, 2024, a convenience store worker was injured and hospitalized from a work-related injury, and it was not reported to OSHA within 24 hours. The employee's supervisor was notified by the employee's son on March 14, 2024 that the employee was hospitalized.
