29 CFR 1910.140(c)(13)(i): Anchorages were not capable of supporting at least 5000 pounds (22.2 kN) for each employee attached. On or about July 14, 2023, where employees perform tree trimming activities from heights in trees, the employer did not ensure anchor points, such as but not limited to the entire tree and the base/roots as an anchor could support at least 5000 pounds exposing employees to falls and struck-by hazards.
