29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: (as incorporated by reference under 29 CFR 1926.59): On or about July 13, 2023, at 1096 N Venetian Drive, Miami Beach, Florida, 33139, the employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program for hazardous chemicals used such as, but not limited cement material containing silica, exposing employees to eye and/or face burn/abrasion injuries when working with mixing cement and performing stucco work.
