29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Work rest(s) on grinding machinery were not adjusted closely to the wheel with a maximum opening of one eighth inch: On or about May 25, 2023, and at times prior to, at 4256 E 10 Lane Hialeah, FL 33013, an employee was exposed to a caught in hazard when sharpening a drill bit on a bench mounted grinder where the work rest was approximately 1 inch away from the wheel of the surface.
