29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: a. At one of the warehouses located at 470 County Road 448, Tavares, FL: On or about May 17, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed an employee to fall hazards, in that fall protection was not utilized while an employee was working from the bucket of an aerial lift. b.
