29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: (a) On or about November 14, 2022, Pocahontas Truck Shop, employees were performing servicing and maintenance activities on power industrial trucks including, but not limited to Unit 62577, Combilift, Model Combi-RT, Serial Number 50217. Written energy control procedures were not developed, documented, and utilized to control hazardous energy including, but not limited to the gravitational energy of the unsupported elevated Combilift carriage assembly.
