29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): Machine guarding was not provided to protect operator(s) and other employees from hazard(s) created by rotating parts: a) On or about 09/14/2022 - 123 Industrial Drive, Birmingham, Alabama 35211, at the WEBCO TDS Slitter/Rewinder; employees accessing the drum to clear a jam were exposed caught in and struck by hazards from exposed moving mechanical components because the employer did not install guards to prevent employees from accessing the kick out/eject arm and bowed roll area without these components being de-energized.
