29 CFR 1926.452(w)(2): Scaffold casters and wheels were not locked with positive wheel and/or wheel and swivel locks, or equivalent means, to prevent movement of the scaffold while the scaffold was used in a stationary manner: On or about August 15, 2022, right side of unit 4 and 5, the employer did not ensure that employee(s) locked the caster wheels on a mobile scaffold before performing work from the scaffold at an elevated height.
