29 CFR 1910.177(c)(1): The employer did not provide a program to train all employees who service rim wheels in the hazards involved and the safety procedures to follow while servicing rim wheels: At 301 Telfair St. Dublin, GA 31021; On or about August 17, 2022, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that employees were not trained by a program which covered the hazards and safety procedures to follow while servicing single piece rim wheels.
