29 CFR 1910.132(b):Employee-owned equipment: Where employees provide their own protective equipment, the employer did not assure its adequacy, including proper maintenance, and sanitation of such equipment. On or about June 29, 2022, and at times prior thereto, the employer did not inspect self provided protective equipment to assure the adequacy of such equipment, exposing the workers to the hazard of being struck-by moving vehicles and equipment.
