29 CFR 1926.305(d)(1)(i): The load was not cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured at once after the load had been raised: (a) West end of Lot no. 45; On or about June 8, 2022, an employee was positioned underneath a Champion brand Model 11 P915 single family home (mobile home) to perform foundation work with the weight of the home supported by two 20-ton bottle jacks placed under main chassis I-beams near the rear end of either side. The employer did not ensure that the load of the structure was sufficiently supported to prevent collapse due to shifting, jack movement, and/or jack failure.
