29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about April 07, 2022, at the residential construction site located on 23434 Pagoda Oak Dr. in Spring, TX, an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while performing roofing work on the roof of a two-story house without the use a fall protection system. OSEAS RODRIGUEZ / DBA: RODRIGUEZ RETAIL ROOFING, WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1469702, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON MAY 11, 2020, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 311 LAVATERA SUNSET.
