29 CFR 1910.219(p)(6)(ii):Inspections were not made of belts, lacings, and fasteners and such equipment was not kept in good repair: Employees operating the blood room at JBS USA, LLC located at 555 South Stuhr Road, Grand Island, Nebraska were exposed to struck by hazards in that the employees were not instructed in the recognition of the hazards associated with working underneath the main overhead conveyor where conveyor hangers where unattached and loose and the methods to mitigate those hazards by inspecting the conveyor on a regular basis.
