29 CFR 1915.71(b)(5): Scaffolds were not maintained in a safe and secure condition. a) For the Vessel # 750-2 (Main Deck) at 1130 McClosky Road, Tampa, FL 33605, on or about 02/25/2022, an employee was exposed to trip and fall hazards while water blasting from a scaffold platform. The scaffold platform had a 14 inch wide opening exposing the employee to trip and fall hazards.
