29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about February 10, 2022, in the production department, the employer failed to ensure an energy control procedure was developed and documented for the control of hazardous energy when an employee was engaged in a service and/or maintenance task, such as using tools and indexing the hydraulic energy to remove a barrel from the Nissei Injection Molding Machine # 403.
