29 CFR 1910.28(c): The employer did not protect employees exposed to falling objects. a) Worksite, 158 Grenada St. , Roosevelt, NY - Employees were exposed to struck by hazards while working at ground level within the drop zone of tree felling operations; on or about 1/12/22. b) Worksite, 158 Grenada St. , Roosevelt, NY- Employees were working directly below ongoing tree cutting and were not wearing head protection; on or about 1/12/22.
