29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i):Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: The employer is failing to protect employees from crushed and struck-by hazards. This was most recently observed on or about January 07, 2022. At a worksite located at 1301 Stahl Drive, Warrensburg, Missouri 64093. The employer failed to develop and implement lock out tag out machine specific procedures for the Cell # 13 rotary mold to include steps to de-energize all sources of energy that have the potential of injuring employees during servicing and maintenance activities.
