29 CFR 1910.22(a091): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) Molding department; On or about December 28, 2021 and at times thereto, the employer exposed employees to slip and fall hazards in that the employer did not provide a safe standing mat while an employee operated the Husky X Line, Injection molding #8 machine while hot stamping.
