29 CFR 1910.178(n)(6): Industrial truck drivers were not required to look in the direction of, and keep a clear view of the path of travel: (a) On or about 11/18/2021 and at times prior to - 365 11th Ave W, Guin, AL., at the Holtec Saw Loading Platform, employees adjusting the cribbage (dunnage) to accommodate the placement of banded stacks of lumber were exposed to struck-by hazards because forklift operators delivering and placing the stacks of lumber were unable to see the operator when such adjustments were being made.
