29 CFR 1910.178(a)(6):The employer did not ensure that all nameplates and markings were in place: (a) Amsted Rail Company, Inc. located at 3900 Bixby Road, Groveport, OH 43125: On and preceding August 26. 2021, the employer did not ensure that nameplates with specific capacity information for a wheel ram attachment were in place while the ram attachment was in use. The forklift had a nameplate riveted in place for a wheel tipper attachment which had a different lifting capacity than the wheel ram attachment being utilized.
