29 CFR 1910.242(a): Hand and portable powered tools or equipment were not kept in safe condition: On July 29, 2021, at 451 Benoist Farms Road, West Palm Beach, Florida, an employee handling a powered tool was exposed to amputation hazards when a Supershear Hydraulic Catalytic Converter Cutter activated itself.
