29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause serious physical harm to employees, such as damaged electrical insulation: At the workplace located at 6600 Stadium Drive, Kansas City, Missouri 64129, employees were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards. A Global Industrial fan, which was in use adjacent to the RJA Roto-Jet parts washer, was discovered with damaged electrical insulation and repaired with electrical tape.
