29 CFR 1910.269(a)(2)(ii)(E):Each qualified employee was not trained and competent in the recognition of electrical hazards to which the employee may be exposed and the skills and techniques necessary to control or avoid these hazards: (a) On or about June 29, 2021, two employees installing electrical equipment in substation 1 were exposed to an electrical hazard when the employer did not train the employees as qualified employees and they lacked the competence, skill, and techniques necessary to control or avoid the hazard.
