29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) Waffle Production Area, Gridler Number One: On or about July 1, 2021, the employer exposed employees to the unexpected release of hazardous energy, in that no specific procedures were developed and documented to control hazardous mechanical energy while employees are servicing the conveyors.
