29 CFR 1910.176(a): Permanent aisles or passageways were not appropriately marked: a) Loading Docks, Shipping Ramp Gate: On or about June 24, 2021, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not mark aisles or passageways to separate pedestrian traffic from forklift traffic where forklifts are used for material handling.
