29 CFR 1926.97(c)(2)(viii):Electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests. Test voltages and the maximum intervals between tests were not in accordance with Table E-4 and Table E-5. On or about May 21, 2021 electrical protective equipment was not subjected to periodic electrical tests in accordance with table E-4 and table e-5, exposing employees to the hazards associated with electrical shock. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
