29 CFR 1910.178(k)(1): The brakes of highway trucks were not set and wheel chocks were not placed under the rear wheels to prevent the trucks from rolling while they are boarded with powered industrial trucks. Location: 120 Central Ave Kearny, NJ 07032 Employee exposed to fall and crushing hazards; employee was operating a forklift inside an unattended cargo trailer when it began to roll forward exposing the forklift operator to roll backwards and fall out approximately 4 feet to the ground surface. The incident occurred on or about 3/30/21.
