29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) On or about April 6, 2021, at 2129 Ayersville Road, Toccoa, Georgia 30577 (Building 5 Northwest Charging Station) - Employees were exposed to hazardous corrosive chemicals, eyewash/shower stations were not accessible in the battery charging station where employee(s) checked water levels of batteries potentially exposing employee(s) to sulfuric acid.
