29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface six feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges were under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) On or about January 21, 2021, On the roof located at 5403 Powell St., the employees were applying sheet metal to the roof of a building without fall protection at approximately 18ft above the ground.
