29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(12):Ladders used where the employee or the ladder could contact exposed energized electrical equipment did not have nonconductive side rails: a)18934 Lone Wolf, Huson, MT: On or about December 22, 2020, employees were exposed to electrocution hazards while installing snow stops on a residential metal roof using a 24 foot Werner aluminum ladder near power lines. An employee was electrocuted when the aluminum ladder came into contact with the power lines during the installation operations.
