29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1):The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards were present, or were likely to be present, which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment: (a) FACILITY WIDE - The employer had not completed the workplace hazard assessment to determine the hazards that employees were exposed to, on or about December 15, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
