29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: On or about November 13, 2020, one employee was performing a double belt change for an exhaust fan located on the roof without equipment specific lockout/tagout procedures being developed and utilized, exposing the employee to the hazard of being caught in the belt and pulley.
