OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. On or about November 17, 2020, the verbal training provided to employees did not prevent an employee from being injured while removing wood from the Tipton Accumulation Deck to the Storti Line. Among others, feasible and acceptable methods to correct this hazard include, but are not limited to: Eliminating or enclosing pinch points.
